Pathways4 will make a completely obligation free, no cost, confidential initial visit to chat about any aspects of your business you care to discuss. The aim of this discussion is to help identify those issues and opportunities in which you may be assisted by the Business Support Programme.

The Business Support Programme (BSP) is sponsored by the IIB and provides a cost effective way for you to draw on the ongoing support of the IIB’s network of Associates for practical assistance at significantly discounted fees. 

The BSP is flexible and responsive; it is whatever you want it to be:

• Ongoing coaching or mentoring
• A specific short-term project
• An opportunity to implement strategic initiatives you can’t find the time to do while running the business on a day-to-day basis
• Some fresh ideas and all-round business support to provide growth to a business which is stagnating
• Introducing a new product or service where internal expertise to plan and implement the launch may be needed

Once the issues are identified the number of days/hours per month is agreed, and an action programme established to work on the areas that need attention.
