During over 30 years experience in independent and major corporate environments, I have always been motivated to relieve the significant amount of suffering of, for want of a better word, lonely SME business owners. Myself and my Associates have been there, lived it and survived to tell the tale.

We want to offer our expertise and experience by pointing you to where the help is, whether it be specialist help, mentoring, guidance or any other resources or advice you need to make your business less stressful to manage.

We are able to do this through our network of over 4,000 mature and experienced business associates, all of whom have held senior or executive management positions, usually as CEO or Managing Director of small, medium or larger corporates.

Our network is the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) and, as an accredited Executive Associate, I freely give some of my time every month just to visit with local business owners/MDs and informally chat about any issues, concerns or help they may need.

Though we operate as independent advisors, we operate under a Confidentiality Agreement and the Institute’s Code of Ethics.
